This Agreement is entered into by: HANAN SOFIA, HANAN SOFIA COACHING & MENTORING SERVICES - Certified mBIT Coach & THE CLIENT where by a spiritual guide, coach / mentor agrees to provide spiritual guidance, coaching/mentoring services for clients focusing on transforming their mindset through alignment, the journey of self mastery and self love using alchemical love, light & darkness integration techniques.

By using this website https://www.hanansofia.com/homepage you are deemed to have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions.

Terminology used next applies to these terms and conditions; “customer/client”, “You”, “Your”, “User” refers to the user accessing the website, services, products, which is You. This therefore means you have accepted the companies terms and conditions.

The “company”, “Our”, “Us”, “We” refers to Our company, Hanan Sofia.

Those accessing or using the website are for those 16 years old and over and is prohibited for anyone aged under 16, unless permitted by the law of your country of residence etc.

All rights are not expressly granted to you under these terms are reserved to the company.

DESCRIPTION OF COACHING/MENTORING: Spiritual guidance, Coaching/Mentoring is a partnership (defined as an alliance, not a legal business partnership) between the coach & the client in a thought-provoking & creative process that inspires the client to maximize personal & professional potential. It is designed to facilitate the creation/development of personal, professional or business goals & to develop & carry out some strategy/plan for achieving those goals or outcomes.

1) COACH/MENTOR - CLIENT RELATIONSHIP

A. Spiritual guide, Coach/mentor agrees to maintain the ethics & standards of behaviour established by the international Coach Federation(ICF)" (Coachfederation.org/ethics). It is recommended that the client review the ICF code of ethics & the applicable standards of behaviour.

B. Client is solely responsible for creating & implementing his/her own physical, mental & emotional well-being, decisions, choices, actions & results arising out of or resulting from the coaching/mentoring relationship & his/her coaching/ mentoring calls & interactions with the coach/mentor. As such, the client agrees that the coach/mentor is not & will not be liable or responsible for any actions or inaction, or for any direct or indirect result of any services provided by the coach/mentor. Client understands spiritual guidance, coaching/mentoring is NOT therapy & does NOT substitute for therapy if needed, & does NOT prevent, cure, or treat any mental disorder or medical disease.

C. Client further acknowledges that he/she may terminate or discontinue the coaching/mentoring relationship at any time - client also acknowledges that No refunds will be given.

D. Client acknowledges that coaching/mentoring is a comprehensive process that may involve different areas of his or her life, including work, finances, health, relationships, education & recreation. The client agrees that deciding how to handle these issues, incorporate coaching/mentoring principles into those areas & implementing choices is exclusively the clients responsibility.

E. Client acknowledges that coaching/mentoring does not involve diagnosis or treatment of mental disorders as defined by the American Psychiatric Association & that coaching/mentoring is NOT to be used as a substitute for counseling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care, substance abuse treatment, or other professional advice by legal, medical or other qualified professionals & that it is the clients exclusive responsibility to seek such independent professional guidance as needed. If the client is currently under the care of a mental health professional, it is recommended that the client promptly inform the mental health care provider of the nature & extent of the coaching/mentoring relationship agreed upon by the client & the coach/mentor.

F. The client understands that in order to enhance the coaching/mentoring relationship, the client agrees to communicate honestly, be open to feedback & assistance & to create the time & energy to participate fully in the program.

2) SERVICES

The website allows you to purchase online services, courses and products for a fee. You are responsible for paying all fees charged by Us and any applicable taxes within a timely manner. The parties agree to engage in THE SPECIFIED TIMES & DATES Coaching/mentoring, ANY PROGRAMS or the ‘INNER SELF CIRCLE’ private membership online/in person (audio/video - ZOOM, FACEBOOK OR IN CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES VIA WHATSAPP OR FB MESSENGER) meetings/sessions. 

Coach/mentor/guide will be available to clients by email, FaceBook, FB messenger (whatsapp with those that are permitted and opt for a vip service) in between scheduled meetings as defined by coach/mentor, unless otherwise permitted by us separately in writing. (I DO NOT WORK WEEKENDS & I DO NOT RESPOND OUT OF WORKING HOURS, unless at the description of the coach/mentor myself). Coach/mentor may also be available for additional time, per clients request on a prorated basis rate of PRICES TO BE ARRANGED BETWEEN CLIENT & COACH/MENTOR. For example a 1:1, programs, book club, power session, clarity calls or engaging in other client related services etc.

3) SCHEDULE & FEES The website allows you to purchase online services, courses and products for a fee. You are responsible for paying all fees charged by Us and any applicable taxes within a timely manner.

This coaching/mentoring/guiding services/offers prices’, are subject to change.

The INNER SELF CIRCLE membership agreement is valid on a monthly fee subscription basis at the current published fee.

The INNER SELF CIRCLE subscription fee is charged PER THE 1ST OF EVERY MONTH. Payments must be on or the 1st of every month. There are NO REFUNDS for the member. YOU CAN CANCEL ANYTIME. Just simply pop me an email at hanansofia80@gmail.com with a “cancel membership” message highlighted.

All other services/offers for example, program, courses, information etc. All fees are on the website. All fees are subject to change. For any changes, please refer to the website. By using the website.

PAYMENTS IN FULL OF THE FEES SHALL BE RECEIVED BY Us IN CLEARED FUNDS NO LATER THAN 48 hours BEFORE DATE OF COMMENCEMENT OF THE SESSION

UNLESS STATED, ALL FEES ARE QUOTED IN UK POUND (£)

YOU CAN PURCHASE OUR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES VIA ALL MAJOR CREDIT CARDS, STRIPE AND PAYPAL UNLESS STATED.

BY MAKING A PURCHASE, YOU ARE AUTHORISING US TO CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD OR BANK ACCOUNT. IF STRIPE OR PAYPAL IS YOUR PREFERED PAYMENT METHOD, THEN YOU FURTHER AUTHORIZE Us TO USE A THIRD PARTY TO PROCESS PAYMENTS.

By purchasing any services or products through Our website, you hereby consent and agree to abide by such third party internet payment service providers’ customer terms and conditions and privacy policy and understand we have no control whatsoever on such customer terms and conditions


The refund policy in effect for the term of this Agreement is as follows: A STRICTLY NO REFUNDS POLICY, HOWEVER I DO UNDERSTAND THAT LIFE DELIVERS UNFORSEEN PACKAGES, SO I WOULD BE HAPPY FOR YOU TO RESCHEDULE WITHOUT PENALTY …SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY (RESCHEDULING MUST BE DONE AT LEAST 24 HRS in ADVANCE OF THE CLIENTS SESSION).


4) PROCEDURE

The time of the COACHING/MENTORING meetings &/or location will be determined by coach/mentor & client based on a mutually agreed upon time. The coach/mentor will initiate all scheduled zoom meetings. The coach/mentor will ask for a valid email address, so the client will receive the zoom link 48 HRS prior to the coach/mentoring sessions. If the coach/mentor will be at any other number for a scheduled call, the client will be notified prior to the scheduled appointment time.

5) CONFIDENTIALITY

This coaching/mentoring relationship, as well as all information (documented or verbal) that the client shares with the coach/mentor as part of this relationship, is bound by the principles of confidentiality set forth in the ICF code of Ethics. However, please be aware that the coach/mentor-client relationship is not considered a legally confidential relationship (like the medical & legal professions) & thus communications are not subject to the protection of any legally recognized privilege. The coach/mentor agrees not to disclose any information pertaining to the client without the client's written consent. The coach/mentor will not disclose the client's name as a reference without the clients consent.

Confidential information does not include information that: (a) was in coaches/mentors possession prior to its being furnished by the client; (b) is generally known to the public or in the client's industry; (c) is obtained by the coach/mentor by a 3rd party, without breach of any obligation to the client; (d) is independently developed by the coach/mentor without use of or reference to the clients confidential information; or (e) the coach/mentor is required by statute, lawfully issued subpoena, or by court order to disclose; (f) is disclosed to the coach/mentor & as a result of such disclosure the coach/mentor reasonably believes there to be an imminent or likely risk of danger or harm to the client or others; & (g) involves illegal activity. The client also acknowledges his or her continuing obligation to raise any confidentiality questions or concerns with the coach/mentor in a timely manner. 

According to the ethics of our profession, topics may be anonymously & hypothetically shared with other coaches/mentors for training, supervision, mentoring, evaluation, social media content & for coach professional development & or consultation purposes.

6) CANCELLATION POLICY

Client agrees that it is the clients responsibility to notify the coach/mentor 24 hrs in advance of the scheduled calls/meetings. Coach/mentor reserves the right to bill the client for a missed meeting. Coach/mentor will attempt in good faith to reschedule the missed meeting.

7) RECORD RETENTION POLICY (OPTIONAL, IF THE COACH/MENTOR HAS ADOPTED SUCH A POLICY)

The client acknowledges that the coach/mentor has disclosed his/her record retention policy with respect to documents, information, & data acquired or shared during the term of the coach/mentor-client relationship. Such records will be maintained by the coach/mentor in a format of the coaches/mentors choice (print or digital/electronic) for a period of no less than 24 MONTHS, AFTER WHICH IT WILL BE DESTROYED (IF THE CLIENT NO LONGER MAINTAINS CONTACT).

8) NO PART OF THIS COMPANIES SERVICES/ MEMBERSHIP, PROGRAMS, COURSES, DIGITAL PRODUCTS, VIDEO/AUDIO, COACHING/MENTORING, CONTENT OR WORK SHALL BE RECORDED, COPIED OR SHARED FOR SOCIAL MEDIA OR SOLD BY THE CLIENT, AS THERE OWN WORK, MEMBERSHIP OR COACHING/MENTORING. NOR WILL ANY OF THE THINGS DISCUSSED, OUTLINED OR RECOMMENDED BY THE COMPANY, BE TAKEN FOR A LATER PROJECT OUTSIDE OF MY SERVICES.

9) TERMINATION

Either the client or the coach/mentor may terminate this Agreement at any time with written notice, client agrees to compensate the coach/mentor for all coaching/mentoring services rendered through & including the effective date of termination of the coaching/mentoring relationship. 

10) LIMITED LIABILITY

Except as expressly provided in this Agreement, the coach/mentor makes no guarantees, representations or warranties of any kind or nature, express or implied with respect to the coaching/mentoring services negotiated, agreed upon & rendered In no event shall the coach/mentor be liable to the client for any indirect, consequential or special damages. 

11) ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This document reflects the entire agreement between the coach/mentor & the client, & reflects a complete understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter. This Agreement supersedes all prior written & oral representations. 

12) DISPUTE RESOLUTION

If a dispute arises out of this Agreement that cannot be resolved by mutual consent. The client & coach/mentor agree to attempt to mediate in good faith for up to (14 DAYS) after notice given. If the dispute is not resolved, & in the event of legal action, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover solicitors fees & court costs from the other party.

13) SEVERABILITY

If any provision of this Agreement shall be held to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid & enforceable. If the court finds that any provision of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable, but that by limiting such provision it would become valid & enforceable, then such provision shall be deemed to be written, construed, & enforced as so limited.

14) WAIVER

The failure of either party to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver or limitation of that party’s right to subsequently enforce & compel strict compliance with every provision of this Agreement.

15) BINDING EFFECT

This Agreement shall be binding upon the parties hereto & their respective successors & permissible assigns.
