Where we will peel away those thick layers of doubt, unwanted behaviours & patterns, disempowering emotional states, internal conflict between thoughts, feelings and actions so that you will be able to identify your b.s with clarity.
as beautiful & precious as this journey of life is. it is a challenging, confusing and a scary one, that should not have to be done alone!
I am a Self mastery mentor and founder of the Love light & darkness brand -
that is full of compassionate wisdom.
after walking away from a life that no longer served or honored my soul, i came across a crossroad that took me on a path that i have never walked & continue to do so with authority and courage.
I'm a sovereign woman Who is a critical thinker that loves to read, learn
& has a thirst for knowledge - I study for the sake of studying
…So each one can teach one.
Like many others, I have been on this path all my life, i was born "awake"
even before I knew the label of self discovery & self mastery!
I come from a family of 6 generations of north African healers, where I was invited into the world of magic, enchantment and sweet medicine for the body, mind & soul at a young age.
Born and raised in SW London with Moroccan heritage, I had the best of both worlds from the hustle and bustle of city life to the slow-paced living of northeast Morocco, where my tutelage began.
I am also a certified licensed mBIT Coach/practitioner.

- mBraining (the process of aligning your distributed neurology using mBIT) coaching builds upon the practice of applied neuroscience or esoteric practice, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), cognitive linguistics, positive psychology and behavioural modelling to create an integrated approach that is practical and brings immediate results, using the brain, heart & gut intelligences.
