My Souls mission is to assist with the spiritual transformation process with Love being at the forefront of this experience.

I am a Self mastery, love & relationship spiritual guide, mentor, teacher, healer and founder of the Love light & darkness brand - a personal development brand for those wanting to go deeper into Self -Mastery, with love at the forefront!

I am also a certified licensed mBIT Coach/practitioner.

I am an intuitive woman, a natural healer who is heart centred,

that is full of compassionate wisdom.

Who is a critical thinker that loves to read, learn

& has a thirst for knowledge - I study for the sake of studying

Like many others, I have been on this path all my life,

even before I knew the label of self healing & self mastery!

I come from a family of 6 generations of north African healers, where I was invited into the world of magic, enchantment and sweet medicine for the body, mind & soul at a young age.

Born and raised in SW London with Moroccan heritage, I had the best of both worlds from the hustle and bustle of city life to the slow-paced living of northeast Morocco, where my tutelage began.

I spent my youth travelling to Africa every summer for 7-9 weeks, with not only my immediate family in tow, but with 6 or 7 families on the road, all by van and this was a yearly thing. I tell you something.. this has got to be one of my fondest memories, which inevitably set me off on my own adventures with my own little family as an adult.

I have spent the last almost 20 years with an incredible soul.. my lover/husband and we both raise Our 3 Sons, that have been world schooled by us for 8 years & wow, what a journey it has been!

I went from this depressed people pleaser, that was insecure, self-destructive, self-harming, lonely & confused woman with abandonment and identity issues. Who lived out their existence in their head full of sadness, yet always used a smile as a mask!

…To this fully embodied, sassy, wild, confident, heart centred feminine spirit of a woman, that laughs out loud & dances to her own drumbeat, who accepted and embraced her buried shadows lovingly = Experiencing the best of life through a smiling heart...& let me tell you it's so delicious!

I was asked a question the other day. the question was -

"if you had all the money in the world, what would you be doing?"

- my answer was. the very thing I am doing now!

- a liberated mind liberates other minds& as the ancients mentioned.. when you liberate minds, you clear karmic debts!! -

I have inspired and mentored so many beautiful souls for so many years

…that this has become my way of living.

I have encouraged & worked together with them so they see themselves for who they are, rather than a projected conditioned identity, which is key to living out their lives full of freedom to create that joyous dream life!
